★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its Ok as long as you have car reservation. But the main issue if the car is not available in the same branch, you can't make reservation. Even if you need to make reservation for next month or even if the car available in other branches.

I rented a car for one day, when I went back to return the car, the person In charge did not close the rental saying it was the prayer time and asked me to return after four and a half hours thereby incurring extra charge on me,,which is Fine to an extent fine,,but he wrongly charged me for any extra 169 km where as I would at the most done only 160 km on total and that extra 169 km was beyond the stipulated 250 km.
Did not expect such a shoddy service from a company which is renowned worldwide ,,will never go back to them not in Saudi Arabia or any where else in the word.
