★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rent car from different cities, countries and companies. I never find availabilities of cars as i find it in Yelo. Most likely you will find your exact choice without reservation. But some time it depend in your luck. Better to make reservation if you have specific choices.
They have good number of stuff in each branch and they do the best to support you.
The bad part that you must pay in advance for the full rent period to make reservation. If you use master/credit cart, they will detect full amount of rent period in reservation time not rent start time. Also they don't give authorization to second driver.

Unfortunately they didn't have much options but I got what I needed .
Staff : very helpful Saudi guys , were supporting and adviced me how to choose my car and how to get the best price .
You should know that some models has a discount itself compare to others up to 8% .
If book using the app you get 10% extra discount .
If you have government ID you get 15 % extra extra discount .
Four stars because the close for long time during prayer time .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the fact that there is no delay renting a car but this branch sales guy just doesn’t want to work, he just doesn’t want to help and try to get rid of me as quick as he can answering anything to my questions, it just looks like he really doesn’t want to help!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rent a car when I were in Jeddah 2 month ago till this day I didn’t receive my deposit money back , I sent them all the information they ask for it they told me I’m all set just wait for the transfer, and they ask me again for IBAN number which I already explained to them that in US we don’t use IBAN number we use SWIFT code that I send it to them already. I will contact my credit card company to deal with them .
