★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تاخر في تسليم السيارة كان مقرر الساعه ٦ مساء وصلت السيارة ١١ مساء وكل تواصل معهم يقولون بالطريق !!
وعند تسليم السيارة لهم كل فرع يدفني على الفرع الثاني وتاخر في انهاء الاجراء لانه لم يظهر للموظف اني مسدد الايجار علما ان الحجز عبر التطبيق لا يقبل الحجز الا عند دفع كامل الايجار ،،، تجربه لن تتكرر معهم ان شاء الله .

وصولها لين باب البيت برسوم اضافية ??
التمديد عن طريق التطبيق أو يتمدد مباشرة إذا تعدت ساعة التسليم ، رجعتها لأقرب فرع لي بالقدس والموظف السعودي خالد خدمني بكُل بشاشة وسرعة شكرًا له ، نقّصت نجمة تقييم لأن عندي تحّفظ عن نظافة السيارة من الخارج وايضًا جودتها وتسليمها لي بنزينها فاضي، لازم تصورون كل الحكّات والامور الموجودة من قبلكم حتى لو سجلها الفاحص، عشان ما تدخلكم مشاكل لا سمح الله.
تجربة راح تتكرر بإذن الله لكن بسيارة أفضل جودة ونظافة?
