★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شكرا جزيلا للشركة ولو ان هناك بعض الملاحظات على مواعيد التركيبات والمتابعات المستمره وعدم الرد بسهوله
ولكن :
هناك الموظفه . ٠•نجود السنيدي• يجب وبكل صدق أن أتقدم لها بجزيل الشكر والتقدير على اهتمامها ومتابعتها لكثير من المشكلات التي صادفت بعض مراحل التركيب وأعتبرها من المكاسب للشركة لحرصها ودقتها ومتابعتها المستمرة للعملاء.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من واقع تجربة. لا انصح بهم لاني شريت منهم مصعد كهرب فرنسي بير. قبل حوالي سنتين. تفاجأة بصغر حجم الكبينة من الداخل عند التركيب مقارنة بما شاهدته في فلل اخرى. تم تركيب زر دور ثالث بالكبينة لا فائدة له الفيلا ثلاث ادوار وحاطين 4 ازرار. وزر الدور الارضي يختلف شكلة عن باقي الازرار. واسعار المصاعد مرتفع واشتراك الصيانة السنوية مرتفعة. عانيت كثيراً بتكرار تعطل المصعد بعد ماركبته وتوقفة على افراد عائلتي اكثر من مره. ايضاً كانت وزنيته من تحت غير متوازن مع الارض الرخام كنت اعاني من ارتفاع بسيط ولكن يوثر في دخول وخروج عربية الخدمة لين طالبتهم يصلحونه وصلحوة بنسبة 80٪. جيدين بسرعة الاستجابة لبلاغات الاعطال والصيانة. عطوني ضمان 20 سنة لكن لازم تشترك بالصيانة السنوية بعد التركيب بسنتين وسعرها بعد الخصم 3900﷼ بالسنة. صيانتهم كل 45 يوم.
 From real experience. I do not recommend them because I bought a French electric elevator from them. About two years ago. I was surprised by the small size of the cabin from the inside when installing compared to what I saw in other villas. A third floor button was installed in the cabin, which is useless. The villa is three floors and surrounded by 4 buttons. And the ground floor button differs from the rest of the buttons. The prices of elevators are high and the annual maintenance fee is high. I suffered a lot from frequent failures of the elevator after I took it, and it stopped on my family members more than once. Also, its weight from below was unbalanced with the marble floor. I was suffering from a slight height, but it affects the entry and exit of the service car because I asked them to fix it and fix it by 80%. Good at responding quickly to reports of malfunctions and maintenance. They gave me a 20-year warranty, but you must participate in the annual maintenance after installation for two years, and the price after the discount is 3900﷼ per year. They are maintained every 45 days.
