★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف والاسف الشديد اني اوقفت التعامل مع شركة المفتاح لتأجير السيارات بعد اكثر من ٢٠ عام في التعامل معهم .. بسبب موظف فرع المروج في الرياض .. عندما استاجرت السيارة استاجرتها صباحا وقال لي تستطيع تسليمها الساعة الخامسة .. عندما عدت بعد ٨ ايام ايجار لتسليمها الساعة الخامسة كان لديه عميل اخر فقام بتأخيري اكثر من ساعة ونصف وعندما جاء لاستلامها قال لي لديك يوم اضافي .. عندها استأت جدا علما ان قيمة ايجارها كانت مرتفعه ووعدني بخصم ولم يخصم لي وبعد مجادلات وشد ابى الا ان ادفع يوم اضافي .. خرجت واقسمت الا اعود الى شركة المفتاح للاسف تعامل سيء
 Unfortunately and very sorry, I stopped dealing with Al-Muftah Rent a Car Company after more than 20 years of dealing with them.. because of the employee of the Al-Morouj branch in Riyadh.. when I rented the car I rented it in the morning and he told me that you can deliver it at five.. when I came back after 8 days rent to deliver it at the hour The fifth, he had another client, so he delayed me more than an hour and a half, and when he came to pick it up, he told me you have an extra day.. Then I was very upset, knowing that the value of her rent was high, and he promised me a discount, and he did not deduct it for me. To the key company, unfortunately, bad treatment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have taken Nisan sunny for one day @ rate of 96 Riyals, next day while retuning the agency staff told me to go to other branch due to the system issue, I was already late to my work, I told him to make the process later and refund the balance amount as I have paid 500 SR when I took the car, but he said he will do it in the evening so it will charge the two days rent or I have to go to the another branch but refused, however few minutes later he called someone and he made the settlement, but he has take 10 Riyals extra SR-96 Rent + SR-4.8 VAT total 100.8 but he took there 110 when I asked he said there is some other charges also.
10 Riyals is not big loss to me but the behavior and the way of treating the customers is to be changed.
