This time, I have a membership with them, and because my work ID was expired they didn't give me the 15% discount of my work. However, I'm old customer.
I promise this was the last visit!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience! We booked a car but in last minute they canceled our booking and we had to find other car immediately cause trip was planned one week before. Was rushing all over Riyadh to find new company for rent. Don’t recommend to deal with them !

Staff was well mannered and speek english.
You have to provide your iqama and unfortuatly our job catogery was labour.
There for he polaitly say no cars for us.
That was thier company rule?
Offers are reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The absolute worst experience of renting a car in Saudi Arabia in my time here. The location of the branch I used is in Yasmin area.
Hidden charges, hidden problems and to top it all off, 1 of the charges was for ‘sandy weather’ and the car returning dusty/dirty. They tried to tell me it was a paint problem which it clearly as I wet the paint. Then said you can take it to get cleaned but you have 30 mins or you will be charged an extra day!
The company should be ashamed of themselves for even trying to charge for this let alone the others they placed.
Stick to the known car rental brands, this one is out to literally steal your money.
