Bad treatment from the employee and the car was broken on the last one, and one of them gave me a slight itch, which I did not dry up in the collision, and they paid me 300 riyals for a job for 50 riyals

توقع سند لأمر
يعني اي شي فالسيارة غصب تدفعه وماتقدر تتكلم
وفيه إيقاف خدمات لو مبلغ 2000 ريال
نقطة ثانية وسيئة جداً
تاخذ السيارة يوم وتسلمها قبل 24 ساعة يحسبون عليك ساعات إضافية !!!
بالإضافة لأسلوب الموضف وبطيء جداً
انا لحالي ماقدامي ولا بعدي احد
اخذت عنده نص ساعة

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ عدم احترافية وعدم رد على هاتف المحل .. عند الايجار يقول الموظف اذا احتجت تغير زيت يجيك الفني الى موقعك والان لي اكثر من اسبوعين احاول اتواصل معهم وبدون اي احترام واحترافية .. يرد علي الموظف يقول روح الادارة غير زيت !! طيب وين اتفاقنا ان العامل يجيني؟؟ بعدين يقول باكلم الادارة وارجع اكلمك وما يرجع يتصل علي واضطر اروح للفرع وبالنهاية احصل العامل وما احصل الموظف!! السبت ٣/٧/٢٠٢١ الساعه ٤:٣٤ عصراً
بالاضافة الى طلب توقيعي على “سند لأمر” الممنوع من وزارة النقل
Unprofessionalism and no response to the shop phone.. When renting, the employee says if you need to change the oil, the technician will come to your site and now for more than two weeks I have been trying to communicate with them without any respect and professionalism.. The employee replies to me saying the spirit of management is not oil!! Ok, where is our agreement that the worker will pay me?? Then he says I will talk to the administration and come back to talk to you and he doesn't call me back and I have to go to the branch and in the end I get the worker and I don't get the employee!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بنقل تجربتي مع الفلاح للامانه مالقيت منهم اي مشكله
بخلال تجربتي لفتره معهم واخذ منهم سيارات فارهه
ومع ذالك اقابل جميع الموظفين في الفرع الرئيسي ولاكن اضطريت اني اخذ من من طريق الملك فهد ودخلت عل الموقع وانصدمت من التعليقات والردود وللامانه الاخ عامر العتيبي ماقصر ابد بيض الله وجه تعامل راقي قمة في الاخلاق الثقه فيه قبل الثقه بالمحل للامانه والله يكثر من امثاله والسيارات الي اخذتها كلها ما شاءالله ممتازه جداً
لا سند امر ولا هم يحزنون عقد اكتروني ??وامورك في السليم باذن الله
