Never rely on negative feedback, most patients are not following the therapist's instructions (I saw this for many patients while I was getting treated there they are not following the therapist's instructions which are very clear and helpful)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good facility, “BUT” bad reception ( aggressive, you feel you are not welcomed, treat you like they give you service for free )
The guy on wheels chair is amazing, but other guy “ Fasiel Ead “ has some attitude issue.
The doctor gave me a treatment plan with 3 sections every visit, the teams are not following it at all, so many skips, cancellations, physiotherapist taking vacations after 2nd visit without any proper hand over, they refuse to change your physiotherapist and I am stuck with vacation guy.
It is a total mess when it comes to
administration and patient relationships.
There is no contact number for escalation, you only have the 9200 number were they start your nightmare of appointments mix and match.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ best physicians but bad reception and bad call center . you need wasta to moving on for your treatment . no high management contact number . only call center where they can ignore your appointment . try to find another center where they have good follow up with the patient . this center need new managment and new reception and good call center staff .
