★ ★ ★ ★ ★ صراحه تعامل خدمه العملاء على الهاتف سيئ جداً بعد الانتظار في الخط ردت علي موظفه الاستفسارات وكان عندي اكثر من استفسار وابي احجز موعد ولما سالتها عن الدورات على طول حولتني على الدورات واقولها لحظه لاتحوليني ابي احجز موعد لكن للاسف حولتني بدون ان تسالني حسيت انها ماتبي تخدم تبي تخلص المكالمه. مع العلم اني لم يسبق لي التعامل مع المركز وهذا تصرف شخصي غير مقبول من الموظفه ولا اعلم اي شي عن المركز وهذا كان اتصالي الاول ويبدو انه الاخير

 Frankly, the customer service treatment on the phone is very bad. After waiting in the line, the employee responded to the inquiries and I had more than one inquiry and I wanted to book an appointment. When I asked her about the courses at length, she referred me to the courses and told her for a moment, do not turn me, I wanted to book an appointment, but unfortunately she turned me without asking me, I felt that she did not want to serve you. Drop the call. Knowing that I have never dealt with the center and this is a personal behavior that is not acceptable to the employee and I do not know anything about the center and this was my first contact and it seems to be the last

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المركز رائع جدااا وتفاصيله الصغيرة جميلة من ديكور ومرافق .. الاستقبال كان لطيف وسريع ..
والأروع من هذا الكنز الموجود بالمركز " الأخصائية "حنان الكردي" تشرفت بحضور برامج معها بالمركز كانت نقطة تحول جميلة في حياتي وتوجتها بمتابعة حالة قريبة لي بكل مصداقية وإخلاص ولطف .. ربي يكتب أجرها ويسعدها في الدنيا والآخرة .
The center is very beautiful and its small details are beautiful in terms of decor and facilities.. The reception was nice and fast..
And the most wonderful thing about this treasure in the center is the “specialist” Hanan Al-Kurdi. I had the honor to attend programs with her at the center. It was a beautiful turning point in my life and culminated in following up a case close to me with all credibility, sincerity and kindness.. My Lord writes her reward and makes her happy in this world and the hereafter.

احتار كثير في وصفي لهذه الانسانه الجميله قلباً وقالباً تعالجت عندها بعد اخصائية ثانيه كانت تعتبر تجربتي جيده معها لكن استاذه فاطمه غير شعرت معها بتقبل لذاتي واخطائي وبديت معها بداية جميله لحياتي حياتي قبلها شي وبعدها شي آخر مااشوف اني اوفيت حقها بالوصف لكن من يدخل عندها بيعرف ايش اقصد بالضبط ،، فهي انسانه نادرة الوجود صارت لي اجمل اخت واجمل صديقة روح .. ماانسى كيف كانت تنصح كمرشدة وكيف كانت تطبطب ع جرحي كأخت صادقه ،، كانت معي بلحظاتي الصعبه بكل ثانيه ماانسى لها هذا الاشياء ماحييت اتمنى لها التوفيق والسعاده دائماً وابداً ???
