 The worst car rental store, book via the app and come and say we don't have a car for you, ok, book and pay!!! Their policy is so bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أنا مراجعة من جدة ولا أنصح بالتعامل معهم أبدا ، تم إعطائي سيارة شانجان متسخة جدا حتى أني طالبت بإعادة غسيلها قبل استلامها ومن ثم عند التشغيل لم تشتغل إلا بعد محاولة ثانية وعندما سألت العامل هل هناك عطل نفى تماما ذلك ، استلمتها بسبب اضطراري لإتمام مواعيدي في وزارة التعليم و إدارة الابتعاث ، تعطلت السيارة في الطريق لم يتم الرد على اتصالاتي على الشركة ، ثم تم مماطلتي والنصب والاحتيال علي من قبل موظفيهم ، وحتى الآن لم يتم الرد على شكواي على الرغم من اتصالاتي اللانهائية مع قسم الشكوى ومدير الفرع أحمد العجلان ..
