 Unfortunately, their maintenance company is weak, the technical is unprofessional, they are keen on 100 riyals value of the technical and are not keen to provide service and repair

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسواء فرع تعاملت معه لا أنصح بالتعامل معهم ابداً جهاز التحلية عطلان منذ التركيب ولم يتم اصلاحة وتعامل سئ جداً وخدمة مابعد البيع اسواء بكثير وعمالة غير متعلمة وغير محترفة للأسف الشديد
The worst branch I have dealt with. I would not recommend dealing with them at all. The desalination system has been malfunctioning since installation and has not been repaired and very badly treated. The after-sales service is much worse and uneducated and unprofessional workers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الشركه جدا سيئه و ليست خلاقه و ليس لديها منتجات حديثه او عمليه. المهم عندهم هو بيع الفلاتر بأسعار عاليه و الادهى و هو مخالفه نظاميه يعاقب عليها القانون وهي عدم توفير نقطة بيع الكتروني و هذا قائم منذ عدة سنين و العذر دائما جاهز. لا يوجد لدي ثقه في هذه الشركه..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اخذت منهم فلتر وبراده وممتازه و تعاملهم راقي واسعارهم جيده بالنسبه لغيرهم وكذلك في الصيانه في المنزل خدمتهم سريعه وجيده انصح بالتعامل معهم و مدحو لي محطاتهم للتحليه ??
I took a filter and cooler from them and they are excellent, their behavior is classy, and their prices are good compared to others, as well as in the maintenance at home, their service is fast and good. I recommend dealing with them and they praise me for their sweetening stations ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تجربتي معاهم كانت جداً ممتازة، ركبت برادة مع جهاز تحلية في منزل والدتي من قبل اكثر من ٨ سنوات ومازالت تعمل كأنها جديدة. وقبل سنتين ركبت وحدة في بيتي وبرضه ما اشتكيت منها نهائيا. خدمات مابعد البيع برضه ممتازة. انصح بالتعامل معهم ??
My experience with them was very excellent, I installed a refrigerator with a desalination device in my mother's house more than 8 years ago and it still works like new. Two years ago, I installed a unit in my house, and I did not complain about it at all. After-sales services are also excellent. I recommend to deal with them ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ وكلاء جهاز تحلية، وهذا جهاز koob للتحلية بحجم شخصي مناسب للمنزل والمكتب وله وقوة تحمّل جبارة، موجود في مقر عملنا منذ 12 سنة تقريبا ولازال يعمل بكفاءة عالية، تغيير فلاتر فقط لاغير.
