★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف فوضى ويصل التأخير فيها الى ٦ ساعات ومديرهم عبدالعزيز من اليمن الشقيق كذبه كثير ولا يعتمد على كلامه فقط هدفه تصريف العملاء والزباين. وفواتيرهم المطبوعة لا تستطيع قرأتها من قلة الحبر بسبب الاهمال والرغبة في توفير الاموال.
يفترض منهم اعطاء العميل موعد محدد مثلاً يقال له سيصلك الوايت بعد ٢-٣ او ٣-٤ ساعات حتى نستطيع ان نرتب جدول اعمالنا مو بس ننتظر وكأننا شحاذين رغم اننا ندفع للماء بفلوسنا وليس ماء مجاني.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ فشل لدرجة مقيته، لا أعلم أين إدارة شركة المياه منهم، من أصل ١٠ طلبات يوصلون لك مرتين والثمانية مرات طريقتهم أصبحت مكشوفه فيها: ( يتركون طلبك للصهريج من ٨ بالليل وحتى صلاة الفجر مفتوح دون خدمة وبعد الفجر يتصلون بك ويقولون لك معليش فيه منع في الطرق عاود الطلب بعد ٩ الصباح ويُلغى طلبك ( وراح يومك ١٢ ساعه وانت تنتظر وعينك لا تغفل عن جوالك حتى النوم ما تقدر تنام علشان ما يروح عليك الاتصال)، أو السيناريو الثاني يتصلون بك أقل من رنه وإذا ما رديت راح عليك طلبك وتم إلغائه؛ ضعف في تنظيم التوصيل يحتاج لمراقبه ومتابعه وغربله والله على ما أقول شهيد
