★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like everyone else, had a horrible experience with the new "SPL". No tracking, takes forever, sms messages delayed, they send your packages seperatly and ask for too much money more then DHL or UPS. It's chaos there obviously so I think I will stay away تجربة سيئة جدا

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was the worst experience from a courier company. Their sms was delayed for 8 days and I have to claim my package in their branch after 5 days. They said it left their branch and was sent to the main branch. I don't know what hullabaloos they are doing and telling me to come back after 3 to 4 days to claim my package again. I will never be dealing with this company again. I tried my best to come early despite the busy schedule and they are close on freaking weekends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience and delivery company I have ever know in my life. Especially this country.
First experience, the delivery was slow even though I had chosen the express service (3 days to arrive and be delivered) but in fact it took almost a month for the package to be received.
The second experience just happened. My package was exchanged. Even though I clearly wrote down the identity of the recipient in the box I wanted to send and I also explained it to the clerk before sending the package.
And The staff are not kind to customers, and don't really care. May Allah always protect those of you.
Fortunately, after repeatedly coming to ask for an answer, I finally got my money back even though the clerk underestimated me because I asked for my money back which was only how much Real(SAR).
It's very bad service, very very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent experience, very nice space and staff trained well. There is a reception to distribute the visitors with printed ticket number of services. SPL is the new brand of Saudi Mail which provide mailing delivery with many options to pick it from branch or ask for delivery with 15 SAR fees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst shipping company I ordered something from Germany and paid for express delivery it reach Saudi in 2 days and now it’s been here for 11 days and still they didn’t deliver it to me they keep saying the address on the package is wrong everytime I call to correct it while it not even wrong from the sender worst costumer service too they will keep telling you it’ll be delivered today but tomorrow you find out they tried to deliver it to a different person.
