★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in looking to ship a parcel internationally. They laughed at me and said that they cannot do this, that I must go to another office almost 45 min away. I asked them if there was any other office closer, and they laughed at me and started doing impressions of me. There were about 10 of them there just sitting with their headphones in. Insulting, unprofessional, unhelpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vist for parcel collection, A person at the right counter guide me to pay the charges online through card, and collect your parcel from the self service room counter outside just in front of parking. Nice dealing by the staff, he guide me all process in English. Hasle free, nothing difficult, just pay your charges by clicking the link received through SMS. Go to self service machine, enter the designated mobile and 6 digit code received on mobile. Press enter and your allotted locker opens automatically.
