They sent me a text message to collect my shipment and attached a location of a closed branch!!
I called customer care twice, the first time they raised a complain without even bother to make sure about the branch if it is open or not!
The last time i called and i refused to close till he check if the branch is working, guess what the shipment was in another branch which is far from my location 30+ min. The customer care didn’t want to till me that my shipment moved to another far branch instead he give ma a name of a near by caffe to search for the branch in google!!
Differently i am going to raise this complain to the site i ordered my shipment from, and to the specialty to take an action on this careless shipment company.
