No change for your money
He will tell you to go out and find for change of your money. They should have enough cash fund to have change for the money of the customer. Not telling to customer to go outside and provide change . DHL EXIT5

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service and I am unhappy. They promise to delivery my shipment package ? on Saturday but they don't. Actually the package arrived in Riyadh on Thursday morning and paid the tax by online. I called customer servicer to delivery asap on Thursday because this is food and I am worry can be damage but they said can't and package will be delivered on Saturday. But until now there is no information that the package will be delivered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They like to charge extras for no reason, "Premium 12," "Premium 9," "Address Change," etc. Thus, don't open an account with them because they will overcharge and you will end up paying a fortune. They aren't ready for e-commerce and delivery staff feel jealous for the contract rates, so they add fake extra charges. Just use another courier that is genuine.
