★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited outside with many other Customers Monday 10:40 to 11:15 but door was Locked and parcels Left outside on the door step - NOT very secure. No sign of anyone inside. The opening times on the door do NOT match the actual opening times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't understand, how they operate. Shipping through is a waste of time. Staff attitude problems, phone support keep giving different answers each time you ask them. 1- the require invoices for all shipping items, which they ask you to make them, in case you don't have any. Most likely they will reject them later on and ask you to redo them differently, I don't understand why they don't do it rather going back and forward, especially that their aren't cheap 2- then their is the policy of what to ship or not to ship, I call several times about shipping electronic devices and the keep shifting from we can ship to we can't ship, 3- their branch never opens on time, needless replying to phone because there isn't any one to pickup the phone
