★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأسف من أسوأ الشركات في الشحن و تجربة سيئة معهم
و حرام فيهم نجمة واحدة انا شحنت من يوم 21 إلى يوم 13 إلى أفريقيا ولى لان ماوصلت وآنا أتواصل مع الخطوط الأثيوبية ويقولون ان الشحنه لازالت في الرياض والرياض يقول انها في أثيوبيًا من أسوا الشركات شركه بدر?
المهم في الموضوع احدى الطلبين
الطلب الاول / تجيني الشحنة خلال الأسبوع هذا
أنا الطلب الثاني / إذا ما في الامكانية الشحن الخطوط الأثيوبية أشحنها على خطوط ثانية مثل الخطوط المصرية او الإماراتية او القطرية وأنا مستعد ادفع الفارق .
لكن إذا جاتني الشحنة وأحصل الشيء قد فسد أو تلف بعض الأغراض ياللي من ضمن الشحنة تتحمل الشركة بالكامل
لذلك انا سوف ارفع شكوى على الشركة

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعامل جدا سيء جاي اغلف عندهم جنط والجنط حساس والسوداني مستعجل يبي يطلع من دوامه طيح اللي جنط وتأثر والله ويقول مالي علاقة لا يا شيخ!!!!! بعد نقاش خليته يتحمل التغليف مرة انتبهوا غشيم ذا السوداني لا تسلمونه شيء

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ عندي شحنه تزن ٧٤ كيلو للأولى والثانيه ٧٣ كليو تم التواصل معهم وطلب مني ارسال العنوان تم ارسال العنوان على الواتساب وبعد ارسال العنوان لم يجيب على الرسائل ارسل لي رساله يقول فيها الرد بعد ٦ ساعات لانه مشغول !!! لماذا اخذ العنوان ولم يرد ؟
لا يوجد مصداقية . وحتى ما يستحق نصف نجمه
