للأسف شركة شحن سيئة جداً.( اتمنى من موقع علي إكسبريس بعدم التعامل معها)
تتأخر الشحنة عندهم.
ولا يرد على الإتصال .
وتتفاجا أن الشحنة قد فتحت ويوخذ منها بعض الأشياء للأسف .
و المندوبين مصريين على سيارات مبهمة لايوجد بها شعار الشركة التابع له المندوب. ( والسيارة قديمة ملك خاصة بالمندوب)

Unfortunately a very bad shipping company. (I hope Ali Express does not deal with it)
They have delayed shipment.
He does not return the call.
They are surprised that the shipment has been opened and some things are unfortunately taken from it.
The delegates are Egyptians in obscure cars that do not have the representative's company logo. (And the old car belongs to the delegate)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شركة سيئة سيئة سيئة جدا .. يتعامل معهم علي اكسبرس .. بطئ في التوصيل تجلس الشحنه عندهم لين انا اتصل عليهم اسأل عنها وانت وحظك اذا ردو..
تحديث: ياليت كل من يقرأ تعليقي ان يتواصل مع خدمه العملاء في شركة علي اكسبرس ويعترض على هذه الشركة IQS ويبين عيوبهم وانهم سيخسرون عملائهم من السعودية لعل وعسى تتغير الشركة .. لأن حتى خدمة علي اكسبرس دايركت مضللة فهم ذكرو أنها ستشحن مع ارامكس !!
انا تواصلت معهم واعترضت على الشركة السئية ولأنني عميلة مميزة فقد يؤثر بهم هذا الاعتراض وذكرو انهم يتعاملون مع ارامكس وهذه الشركة السيئة .. قلت لهم ستخسروني والكثير من عملاء السعودية اذا استمرت هذه الشركة بالتعامل مع شحناتنا..
Bad company bad very bad .. deal with them on Express .. Slow delivery in the shipment sat with them Lin I call them Ask about them and you are lucky if they returned ..
Update: Anyone who reads my comment can communicate with the customer service at Ali Express and object to this company IQS and show their faults and they will lose their customers from Saudi Arabia and maybe the company will change .. Because even the Ali Express service is misleading, they understand that they will ship with Aramex !!
I contacted them and objected to the bad company and because I am a distinguished customer, they may be affected by this objection. They said that they are dealing with Aramex and this bad company. I told them that you will lose me and a lot of Saudi customers if this company continues to deal with our shipments.

They don't answer calls, and too much delay in clearance and delivery, and at the end with no result.

AliExpress used to use Aramex but this company is doing a horrible job!
