M	MUHAMMED RAFEEK on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the center to correct my name in the ticket. Took the token and had to wait for 4 hours due to their slow service!! And in the end the officer says he cannot make the changes to the name if its a one or 2 letter change he could do it (i by mistakely gave first name in place of last name) and advised me to cancel my ticket and book a new one!! I came home with a panic attack as its the eid season and i had booked the ticket a month ago and no new tickets were available on the same dates and available dates had almost double the price.. I was somehow not willing to give up so i did some search and was lead to the technical support form which we could submit online and entered my issue and after a couple of tickets i was able to make the name change and a new ticket was issued with a name change for a charge of 116SAR. I love Saudia as its the national carrier but I would urge the authorities to keep better informed personnel at their offices and a faster service…waiting 4 hours is unheard of these days ??
A	Ahmad nafees on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They simply dont want to work. Pathetic experience. I have never seen such attitude anywhere else in the world. They are just making excuses and the employees lie that this cannot be done. The same employee did my work after going again and again for 3 days.
a	alhaf malik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited on 28-5-2022 This office is mainly for ticket booking and deals with booked tickets grievance... Especially for government and their allied services tickets... They closed on Friday and Saturday... As usual normal working hours on working days... Very good parking places available Infront of the environment ministry office next to Saudia office. No check-in drop off luggages... I didn't take the photos because of government office premises... Also online ticket booking kiosk available there... For 24 hours but am not sure about the working condition of the machine.
l	liss robles on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service-negative star They should improve their customer service because they dont care about their clients. If you are expat they will not care. I appreciate the one sitting in the reception although he is having hard time to explain to me the details of my querry. The security guard and the one in the counter and the manager should be replaced. They dont know how to do their job.

I was waiting in the queue from 01 to 02 Pm, when my turn came to get a token number, they said they are full and can't issue new tokens .. Out of 4 times minimum 3 times you will have a bad experience.. We have paid the money and purchased the ticket , hope they realize some day that they are not doing any free service ...

HINT:For transfer ticket they will ask for original passports of 2parties(both need a xerox copy-available inside saudia for free)and original birth certificate as well..
L	Lateef Farooqui on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crowded with customers with less counters which make long waiting but neatly clean and maintain ample coaches. During Ramadan working hours is morning 10.00 am to 3.30 pm and evening 8.00 pm to 1.30 am from Thursday to Sunday.
U	Umer Rasheed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely slow service center considering good reputation of Saudi airlines. In my opinion some queries can be handled with a fast track without getting the token. It takes almost 1-2 hour for just a simple task. We also noticed some of the booths were closed maybe due to Ramadan and less resources.
