I payed Quarantine package, as instructed by Saudia airlines. 1. The Quarantine package say 6 nights and 7 days, but my booking showed that i check out 12pm noon on 7th day. 2. tawakkalna APP stated i must stay full 7 days in quarantine, and leave 8th day with Covid Test. So i had to PAY myself for extra day in hotel. I paid myself for the full 7th night, just because it was not part of the standard 6 nights package of Saudi holidays Quarantine package. 3. I was covid tested in Intercontinental hotel 2nd day of stay and then 4th day. BUT I should based on tawakkalna, be tested 6th day before 7th day. 4. On the 7th day finish ; tawakkalna APP stated i need to have a another COVID test to finish quarantine. 5. When i called Saudia Holidays, they did not understand the point of the "7th full days" as per tawakkalna APP. 6. I had to pay myself for 3rd Covid test to comply with tawakkalna 7th day instruction for Covid test, as no response from Saudi holiday after calling and talking to there support 4 times over 2 days. 7. Saudi holiday phone number, when you call from UK, does not respond when pressing "2" for english. When you press "2" ; nothing happens. so you can only talk to Saudi holidays when your in saudi, not from abroad. 8. I emailed Saudi holiday also, they don't respond. Nothing. 9. there is "no option" for 7 day quarantine package on the saudia holiday website. Very disappointed and frustrated by the complete Quarantine package and customer support from Saudi Holidays. There is a big delta difference with what the "Saudi airlines" covid guidelines state and the Saudi holiday Quarantine package. this is a take from Saudia airlines website: All international travellers’ guests arriving to Saudi Arabia must complete a period of (7 days) of institutional quarantine at their own expense starting from the time of arrival at the institutional quarantine facilities to the Kingdom. The following categories are exempted from the institutional quarantine: - Saudi citizens, citizen spouses and their mothers, citizens children and domestic workers accompanying with any of these categories. (Non immune travellers, in this category, shall comply with home quarantine for a period of 7 days, and be allowed to take the COVID 19 PCR test starting on the 6TH day of quarantine). - Non immune domestic workers accompanying an immune resident (Non immune Guests shall comply with home quarantine for a period of 7 days, and be allowed to take the COVID 19 PCR test starting on the 6TH day of quarantine).

Saudia cancelled flight scheduled on 02 June 2021 MNL-RUH. We bought a quarantine package and wanted to change the date of booking to 06 July 2021, same date that we rebooked our flight. After many attempts of calling their number, i was lucky enough to have spoken to an agent to move the date of the quarantine. He took my mobile number and submitted a request regarding my concern.and said that they will call me. Until now no calls and my several emails remain unresponded. Tried calling them for hours repeatedly to check on the status of my request but no answer. This is so frustrating.

Took more than 4 months and tens of emails to get a refund. Bad response and completely unprofessional. Would not use them again even for free.

SUCH A STUPID GOVERNAMENT AIRLINES. SHAME ON TOURIST COMING TO SAUDI ARABIA....My flight is cancelled by Saudia airlines for 17 Dec 2021 from Hyderabad (India to Saudi Arabia India to Saudi Arabia-Fight Number SV753). So I am requesting Saudia airlines institutional quarentine package team which is operated by Saudia holidays for a refund on institutional quarentine package for the amount which I paid. The institutional quarentine booking reference number is IMUIQOOR and Saudi Quarentine Itinerary ID is AZ165M_1

I had a big issue with them. They have canceled my booking and I had to go book a separate flight. I ran after them for almost four months to get my money back and they kept saying we will return it. After almost five months they returned my money and I got in a big fight with them. Won’t do it through them anymore as I am fully vaccinated now ??

The Worst Airline. I lost around 1000 SR because of the Unprofessional activity of Saudi Arabian Airlines. They won't inform you about Flight Cancellation in advance. Sometimes they just inform before 1 day. It's ridiculous and you have to find availability in other Airlines. Also the price of ticket will be high in the last moment. I WILL NEVER make a booking with Saudi Arabian Airlines. Once you make a booking, that it. Don't expect support from them. They Don't answer calls. They Don't reply properly through Whatsapp support. I always felt they were not educated or properly trained for this. They behave worst through whatsapp support. Even bots respond correctly. Good Bye Saudi Arabian Airlines. I won't take risk by making a booking with you again. Masalama

First of all nobody answer to the telephone number. "Dear Value guest your call is important for us"..........I was on line waiting for an answer per hours. They Cheat me with the ticket and hotel. Very unprofessional. I asked to be reinborsed but nothing....they ignored me. I suggest do not use this operator, they have a nice website but nothing else..... only bla bla bla. In this way it's impossible to be a tourist in this awesome country. It's a pity. After 4 months still not reimbursed they are stealing money to the tourist. Saudi Arabia country cannot be blamed by such unprofessional person.
