تاخير-عدم احترام-تقليل وكلام لايليق

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من اسوأ المتاجر في التعامل وكثرة الاخطاء والتطنيش والكذب وتأخر مبالغ فيه جدا جدا بالأشهر وفوق هذا وصول بضاعة مختلفة
لو كان فيه اقل من نجمة اعطيتهم اياها
ندمت اشد الندم بتعاملي معهم
اما بضاعتهم وان كانت صينية فلا اقول فيها شي جودة طيبة ولكن اغلى من غيرهم

ياليت يراجعون نظام المبيعات الي يربطك برقم البائع الشخصي محرج ومزعج جداً التواصل والمتابعة ويأتيك الرد - انا خارج الدوام ، عندي اجازة اليوم ، توي اقوم - نتمنى لو كان التواصل باحترافية اكبر مع رقم خاص بخدمة العملاء.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مافي اي تجاوب مع العملاء ، تواصلت مع رقم على الواتس اب بكل جدية في طلب عرض سعر لتأثيث مشروع ما ، وتم فتح المحادثة وعدم الرد يعني بالعامية ( تطنيش ) اعتقد هذا مو اسلوب راقي في التعامل مع العملاء ، هذا تنفير للعملاء وياليت لو فيه اقل من نجمة لان الاسلوب هذا حرام فيه النجمة
There was no response with the customers, I contacted a number on WhatsApp with all seriousness asking for a price quote to furnish a project, and the conversation was opened and the lack of response means colloquially (procrastination). I think this is not an elegant way of dealing with customers. A star because this style is forbidden in it
