★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spare parts not available all the time, some customer service personnel are too pushy to do unnecessary services to the car. Spare parts are usually more expensive than European and North American countries. They even asked me to pay for the car key batteries. Plus the coffee machine only had black coffee and hot water, no cappuccino or cafe latte and no tea boy. I thought this was supposed to be a 5 star service like their cars are supposed to be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service ever. This is my secound car from Samaco, first one was 10 years ago when I owned the car for 10 months and sold it because of the service. Now, I bought one and I though for sure the sevice will be better but it still the same and actually worst. Service advisors are unproffessional and the service department is like ghost house.Also, expect that they will charge triple times the labor ( part 1,000 Riyal labor is 8,000 Riyals). No more Samaco cars. If you buy one good luck.
