★ ★ ★ ★ ★ يحتاج تحسين من ناحية الموظفين قسم jeep كان ممتاز الى السكرتي كان من اسوء مايكون القسم الثاني الموظفين مجتمعين بزاوية وكنهم يبونك تروح الي فهمته منهم ان مافيه سيارات ولا فيه طلب.
Needs improvement in terms of staff. The jeep department was excellent. The secretary was one of the worst things in the second department, the staff gathered at a corner, but they wanted you to go. I understood from them that there were no cars and no request.

نبداء بصاله العرض اولا موفرين جميع السيارات بمختلف انوعها وفئاتها وموظفين المبيعات خلوقين و متعاونين
لكن واجهت مشكله مع موظف (اعتقد مدير الفرع) اللتي هي وقت سيارتي عند باب المعرض وطلعت ولقيتها مصدومه وعند اخباره بالمشكلة كان غير متعاون والاسلوب سيء بعض الشي ومن اليوم البعده أتيت بورقه من المرور تطلب منهم فتح الكاميرات رد علي قال لازم نكلم فريق ال it بجده وناخذ الموافقه
انتظرت ٤ ايام وجيت من جديد كان التعامل بكل امانه سيء جدا مع العلم كنت اتكلم بأسلوب لطيف وكنت محترم جدا معهم وقلت لهم متى تعرضون تسجيل الكاميرات لمعرفه متسبب بالحادث وكان ردهم وتعاملهم سيء لأبعد الحدود وغير متعاون ابدااا ويقول عندنا أشغال
فاذ الموظف غير مهتم بالعميل اللي انصدمت سيارته أمام معرضهم فكيف سيكون تعاملهم في خدمات ما بعد البيع ؟
وبنسبه لقطع الغيار هنالك موظفان في قمه الاخلاق و ودودين جدا وطلبت منهم عده تسعيرات لقطع الغيار وكانو ممتازين في عملهم و اخلاقهم
ولا اعلم هذه المشكله ما سببها هل ان الوكاله جديده فالخبره ضعيفه ام سوء بالاداره

But I faced a problem with an employee (I think the branch manager), which is when my car was at the door of the showroom and I got out and found her shocked. And we take approval
I waited 4 days and came again. The handling was very bad, honestly, knowing that I was speaking in a nice way and I was very respectful with them. I told them when you show cameras recording to find out who caused the accident, and their response and treatment was extremely bad and not cooperative at all, and he says we have work
If the employee is not interested in the customer whose car was hit in front of their showroom, how will they deal with the after-sales services?
As for spare parts, there are two employees who are very ethical and very friendly, and I asked them for several quotes for spare parts, and they were excellent in their work and morals.
I do not know this problem, what caused it, is the agency new, so the experience is weak, or bad management
