★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. I paid cash for vehicle and it took 3 weeks to get tags for vehicle. I made 8 trips to dealership because they told me new car was ready to take. Each of 8 trips, car was not ready. They offered me only free coffee cup for my troubles. Go to another dealer for your own sanity or have a good lawyer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the latest cars company from China in KSA. The impressions about this cars in South America are so good about the price , design, comfort, quality, engine strenght, warranty, performance, etc. I think, actually here in KSA, Chery has the most impressive offers that really worth the invested money and a lot of people are getting it. The personal working there is kind and helps speaking English and Arabic in whatever you need. I totally recommended to do a visit to the Chery agency and buy a car. I did it today and I'm so happy.

The sales staffs are easily approachable, they support with lot of information of the vehicles they have... Which is very difficult in other car showrooms in Riyadh (Especially the difference between their Tiggo's and the Tiggo pros)
The biggest gap is why is that the same models with 2 different generations are sold with 2 different dealers and act as internal Chery company as competitors
If you are looking to buy... Go for Chery Pros because those are the latest generation Chery's

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor website. Dose not give much information's about the vehicle line up, variants. colors available, price, loan facilities etc. Specially if they want to enter a big market like KSA they should do better than the competitors.
