★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best showroom with the best customer service in the city. I went to many showrooms in Riyadh but didn’t find a sales person like Majid Alqahthani, he is the best in the MG showroom. Will be buying a car soon with the support of Majid, InshaAllah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unsupportive, once they sell you they will not answer your calls for any aftersale support. Sold me a car with no floor mates and had to follow up for a year to get those after going into the managers office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am quite happy with my RX5 but not really with the overall aftersales of MG. At least in Riyadh. However, there are a few who really go out of the way make sure the issue is resolved. These genuine souls are bound by the incompetent management above them. The four stars are for these few and they deserve it. Thanks a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well. Morris garages (MG) cars is an old and well knows British car company. My review won't judge the cars in details it will be focused on the showroom and just a small idea about the cars.
The showroom is well organized yet its small. I like the idea of installing alcohol gel dispensers around the place, you need that specially when you touch the cars. Finding car parking there is easy as there is a special parking lot.
The cars have good designed but lack the feeling of strength but it's not as bad as it seems. The prices are in the acceptable price and some of the them are over ranges but not as much as what many people think.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The car itself is excellent, well built and nice quality. Staff at the maintenance are very kind but there are not enough people to serve everyone. Only 2 disks available!
However, the maintenance and workshop is way small for such a company! The smallest dealer showroom or maintenance i have seen. They have another one at ex 17 but no appointmentsfor the next 30 days. For the one in Kurais, as a quick service and main location in Riyadh, it should be bigger. Cars are parked next to each other, bumper to bumper in a messy way.
Also, prts are not available, especially the essential accessories for MG cars.
I hope the company will work to ensure accessories for MGs are available, are they are the exclusive dealer for MG and I can't find those parts any where. Such an example is the trunk slide cover for MG HS. Since I bought the car in 2020, and I was promised it will be available soon, yet, we are in the mid of 2022 and it is not yet available!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience .. their call center numbers don't respond for appointment even after 2 hrs of call waiting...
Very slow n unprofessional behaviour of entire team, administrative & technical members... My MG RX8 is merely one month old (850 kms running), They were not willing to resolve my issues rather trying to convince me the problem is normal For MG Cars... regretting owning a MG RX8. :(
