★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service for such a car, customer service is as low as it can score, quality and customer complaint are taking your complaints and forwarding it to the shop where they cover up their shortcomings and closing your complaint. I am surprised when I asked about the service that all meecedes owners thatvu asked are having the same issue Nd they are not happy about it
I am talking about the workshop not regular service,
ASK ABOUT IT DO NOT TAKE MY WORDS FOR GRANTED

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, if you compare BMW with Mercedes Benz in Saudi you will find the following:
1- BMW having online booking system for the appointments, Mercedes don’t have!
2- BMW comes with less issues while receiving the brand new cars, Mercedes comes with a lot of technology issues, and mechanical issues; example I bought brand new car cost me half million, comes with technology and mechanicals issues, and they replaced the car grill, they took it 3 times from me 3 times, and still getting error messages, mechanical sounds from the car.
3- Mercedes Benz customer service doesn’t have organized team, if someone calls you, didn’t arrange with their colleagues, and another customer service agent will call you asking for the same feedback and you need to repeat the feedback again and again!
4- There’s no available appointments for next 30-40 days, and keep in mind if you escalate this and got someone asking you to visit them, they will remind you that (you came without an appointment, and as per policy, you don’t have the right to escalate because you came without appointment; come on, fix your bloody system and give the customers availability so they can book an appointment to avoid your rudeness about the appointments reminder) .
The staff are friendly, David and Sami Albuhairi are the best here in this branch, thank you guys ??
I wish we can see some improvements in the system
