★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst ever.. paid for AC maintenance then i got it after 1 month not fixed and got oil drops then paid for the maintenance took 2 months and got it not fixed after i raised my complain to ministry of commerce

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all the prices are way too expensive. Also, I decided to fix the air conditioned of my car and after a couple of weeks it broke again. I took the car back to repair it and they wanted to charge me 6000 SAR extra because as per them the current problem was different (even though they had done a diagnosis previously with all the problems). Better take it to another company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very busy and although I had booked my appointment slot 3 weeks in advance, I still had to wait 30 mins before my car was booked in.
After collecting my car 4.5hrs later, I found the main fault and cause for concern had NOT been addressed. Very disappointing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for their service for my Jetour X90 which was previously with Saeed M. Al Bassami Motors for free periodic oil, filters, etc. change
From service point of view, I am satisfied. However, they have horrendous waiting times. I went on Saturday, 1st Ramadan on 10 am and there was only one Jetour counter, my turn came around 11.30 am and I got my car back 2.40 pm.
They need to improve waiting times and preferably introduce online appointment system. Almost 5 hours, just for oil change is an absolute disaster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worest jeep cars agent ever, I already pay more than 200k for jeep gladiator car, And there's no replacement parts for guarantee coverage . I still waiting since last 4 months and it's not arrived yet, is it makes sense!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, frankly, one of the worst car agencies, not in terms of customer service, in terms of maintenance, or in terms of appointments. You book an appointment for an emergency problem. They say after three weeks, is it possible for an urgent and sensitive problem to give a long appointment, frankly, an experience that will not be repeated, neither in the present nor in the future
