★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are very unprofessional I had an appointment at 7:00 they made me wait for an hour and then they proceeded to ask if I did a receipt they were very rude and made us pay before even going to our appointment while still waiting the only person that was professional was the lady I had an appointment with her name is Heba she was nice and professional I would never suggest this salon to any of my friends the staff are very unprofessional and rude

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tbh at the first I was scared from all this comments but really madam Maysoon was generous with me a lot and madam Layla also the stuff worker Meme sofi and fatma are very kind the salon take 10/10 really amazing team I did Treatment hair and extensions with Samahir really an amazing person I enjoyed a lot and I’ll be back again

I went there because I heard a lot about Manal
BUT unfortunately they are playing around with the prices! Especially today due to the 50% discount.
Aaaand they refused to do what I asked for plus I wanted a haircut, so thought the person I asked for will be cutting my hair (Manal), but nope they asked another lady who doesn't know what cutting hair means ???
A very showy off salon, expensive and nothing in return!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are unprofessional indeed, they let me pay 5000 for hair treatment with Manal even though my hair was short and thin, also she does not work her self the other girls did my hair and they burned part of my forehead because the treatment went down on my forehead مستحيل ارجع اسوي عندهم شي مره ثانيه
