★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ot is a nice plaza with top fashion companies. The stores are nice and most of the employees in them are professional.
I went during the COVID-19 year (summer 2020) and honestly I hated how all the stores' doors were locked from outside and we had to walk all the way inside in the hot humidity to reach the different shops. They should close the entrance of the side parkings which lead to outside doors and open the parkings that lead to the main entrance.
Also, the inside of the plaza needed serious cleaning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is probably the best collection of Western luxury fashion stores in Jeddah. Many stores are for families only. It is easy to reach and you cannot miss it. Parking can be an issue, especially during Ramadan. However, there are more spaced available just across the street from the market's parking lot.
