★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would never recommend this service to anyone. They wrongly dyed my daughters hair and left it damaged, dry, and white. The whole staff including Amal were inconsiderate and irresponsible. They shouldn’t be giving licences to incompetent people and a terrible salon like this should be reported to officials. Even my daughter can dye her hair better than what Amal did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked for hair color and treatment after that . You can see my hair when I left them. And they refused to fix it. I didn’t ask for that color though. I asked for a little highlight. They burned my hair and I still suffer from hair losing and very dry hair after visiting them.

so i went there few months ago to dye my hair so with “muna” i called them and i made an appointment with muna right guess what when i went their she totally ignored me and she let her “assistant” do THE WHOLE DYING AND BEALCHING and by bleaching i mean she ruind my hair she strated at the roots and i told her it burns she was very rude and kept eye rolling at me and i was trying to tell that bleaching should start at the ends she didnt care she kept pulling my hair and working aggressively with my hair and i trued to talk to hanan like ehen are u going to to do my hair but she ignored me and she was doing another client hair??! Even tho i made an appointment with her? And she made her rude not professional assistant because of the lack of care i lost half of my hair do to the very bad bleaching job n i had a headache bcs how She was pulling my hair everyone in my family noticed how my hair got so thin i hate how they did me dirty i cried so hard when i saw how much hair j was losing i wish i could Sue them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most unprofessional salon. My girlfriend went to dye her hair. She showed them a reference pic. They didn't know how to color her hair, although they claimed to be the best at it. They damaged her beautiful hair and left it dry and streaky. Not only did she spend so much time at the salon, which made us miss our reservation for our one year anniversary, they also ruined her beautiful hair. Which is making me contemplate breaking up with her. This salon doesn't only ruin hair but also ruin relationships. I don't recommend this place, especially if you care about your relationship.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever! I have been to many salons in my life, and this was one of the worst. Terrible sense of timing, they overbooked so many clients at the same time, had to wait from 9pm till 3 am for the stylist to finish My hair which was only meant to be a rinsage. I went in with blond hair that needed to be toned to get purple hues out and then a rinse to bring some golden back to the blond, somehow she ended up needing to dye my hair atleast 6 times because she couldn’t get the color right, I came out with brown dark red hair and my hair completely damaged, beyond repair! After maintaining my blond hair for 4 years she ruined it in a few hours. On top of that she was extremely arrogant and rude. 0 stars, stay away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a bad and horrible experience. I showed the hairdresser a pic of what color technique I want and she did something else. Also, they didn’t dry the hair very well after the hair color from the back and it wasn’t clear enough to judge. After she damaged my hair with all that bleach, I noticed my black trouser got bleached too! What a waste of money and time. First and last time to visit this salon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst beauty salon that has ever been created. Even booking for an appointment to even try it, is impossible. Not to mention the fact that they talk back to customers in google maps ? man this is so unprofessional they’re truly hilarious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi girls. I tried gel nail extensions with “lulu” in etoile and i totally recommend it. She made them just the way i wanted them and it lasted for a month now without any breakage. The price was good and included regular color which was for 550 SR. The chairs can be more comfortable i guess, if they can add cushions or pillows. Overall, the nail technician was lovely and the service was great. i also did a quick blow dry which was really done well. Thanks etoile will definitely re-visit.
