★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't get me wrong, the Mariam was doing great job on the massage, but then she found out that she was booked back to back. She could not complete the last part of the massage because they called her away to start a new appointment. WHAT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
It's a spa place, your service from start to end must be the best.

However, it wasn’t the best experience, I did not like my makeup that so much and I have insisted the coordinators many times before the visit to finish at7:00 pm and I came even earlier than my time and yet I checked out at 8:20 pm.
