They booked me a wrong appointment when I got there, they didn’t even apologize.
And don’t let me start on the receptionist attitude!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience of my life. Went for a light blonde balayage and she accidentally dyed all hair dark brown. She spent the next few hours trying to get the dye out of my hair. Now I have orange hair which is extremely damaged. No refund was given. No regard for customer satisfaction. Pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist was the only nice thing about the place. Punctuality was zero. My stylist had multiple other clients while cutting my hair so she couldn’t really focus on cutting my hair as she had to go back and forth to different customers. Even though I’ve made an appointment. I had to wait an hour and 45 minutes too before she even started on my hair. If they would’ve told me earlier that she has other clients booked at the same time, I would’ve rescheduled but they didn’t inform me. She ended up cutting my hair too short. And after she was done cutting my hair, she went to her other clients to check on their hair so I had to wait again for her to do a final check and to blow dry my hair but my hair ended up got dry by itself. I don’t even know how it looks like from the back. So I just paid and left without them properly drying my hair
