They randomly change your appointment without telling you, until the day of the appointment. It's like we have nothing in life going on.
unacceptable, you can't just change the appointment that we agreed on 3 weeks ago just like that..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İ was surprised with their behavior. After the treatmend i needed xray by email and i was really tired trying to call them to get it:took 2 days of callings. İ explained to where i need it to be sent and that i dont need it to be sent to any emergency number they took earlier from me. by the end lady messed up all and sent it to a number from the form though i was calling them 5 times with explanations by telling not to do it :its a private information and not for other people (emergency contacts) to see... and as result she just sent it to people embarracing me. Only because she was lazy to write the number .The lady simply did not care and did not listen, AT ALL . Be careful because organisation questions can be sensitive and they mess it up.

Orchid Dental has highly qualified and specialized doctors, a friendly atmosphere, great value for money, and high standards of care. I recommend this clinic to friends and family on a regular basis, and I recommend you as well.

From correcting a badly placed crown from another clinic, to improving my kids smile with braces- every experience has been beyond pleasant. They even worked through the various anxiety levels of my kids, so much so, telling the kids we’re heading to the dentist is easy. Thank you Orchid!
