> Building and apartments are brand new
> Staff is really helpful and accommodating. Had a couple of situations where I needed help (ie print a document before leaving to airport) and they always went the extra mile
> Facilities are also very nice, specially gym and cinema

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for 1 month in June 2021. Best furnished apartments in Riyadh and value for money. Great staff and management. Would love to have stayed but family coming and it’s not suitable for my family. High quality place, clean, plenty to do after a hard days work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here for a month and I'm impressed, the place is amazing and the staff is always ready to help you with literally anything, the place is always very clean and with a good smell ? people living here are very friendly, the environment is really cool. The 1 bedroom apartment is enough for 2 people, it's fully equipped and very cozy. For Gym lovers there is a good and huge gym on the ground floor, fully equipped and always super clean.
The pool area is also amazing ?♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nicely built (because it is a brand new building). Has all the facilities you would expect from a compound (gym, sitting area with mini pool, mini cinema, meeting rooms). Management is very friendly and professional. Highly recommended for people who want to live within the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This residence is splendid indeed, looks amazing, feels very grand in entry and has an array of things to do whilst living in the property. Unlike other places it is perfect for people who are not with their family! Noise levels are almost zero! Gym is high quality equipment with personal trainers.
