Even though it's aged compound, I 'm really satisfied with living here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place, each villa is on ground floor with front and back yard. Lush green whole compound with natural trees not artificial like other compounds. Excellent swimming pool, separate for kiddies, soccer field, lawn tennis, sand park for kids with rides, restaurant and grocery store inside compound.
The biggest thing, all utilities imcluded in rental charges.
Taekwando and gymnastic classes are conducted inside. There is a little saloon also.
Bus service for different Malls goes regularly.
All staff is very helping n nice.
Strongly recommended if you have kids.

Very rude with the guest on the gate
And it’s just a very normal Compund not even luxury to do all of this drama on the dooor??????????

It's been a good experience.
It's an old but nice compound.
They've recently re-constructed everything.
I'd say for its price it's worth your money.
I'd give the compound quality a 7/10.
