a	arwa arrajeh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The overall setting of the compound is very nice. everything is available around you. however the apartments are not so great. they are very tight. so if you are thinking to move to alnakhla please make sure that you check out the apartments. Also they have very strict policy towards outside guest. Most of the compound residents are military personnel.
T	Thea Lategan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I met a fellow south african in Danube, and she invited me to their compound....i did not want to leave? this place is AMAZING!!!....If you work in Saudi or in the making...this is definately the compound to live in!!! Restaurant food is divine and reasonably priced...coffee shop coffee is superb..and the security is excellent
S	Shabir Yakub on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wife and son came to visit from Dubai. We stayed at the Nakhla Hotel apartments. We had the worst experience of our life. Money was stolen from the room the 1st day we were there. We reported this to the compound management, but nothing was done as there are no security cameras. We tried to talk to compound management but they refused to see us and not even respond to emails or phone calls. The day we were meant to check out the kid was sick again so we cancelled their flight, tried to extend our stay by 1 night but they refused to accommodate us, basically wanted us out. When we checked out they physically escorted us out with security! This is not the treatment we expect from anywhere! We have reported this to Ministry of tourism. Facilities are fine, but kids play area is very poorly maintained, with equipment broken. Management were awful.
P	Pat Koch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly community and staff. lovely Villas well kept gardens swimming pools and half Olympic pool, indoor pool, tennis, Gym, Spar, Madjool Restaurant, Freshly, Piatto and Starbucks and a Tammimi Supermarket. There is just too much to Mention. We are very happy here, this is home and our holiday place all in one !

And some service guys are with condescending attitude towards residents. Hope management would train them to be customer oriented rather than just repeating the 100-page-residence-rules.

I'm not sure what they do with the money for the rent here but they do not maintain their fixed infrastructure to a good standard. I have stayed here for two months and have witnessed the following: 1. Plumbing issue causing a leak to the master bedroom. 2. Two separate air conditioner units breaking - and 4 attempts to fix them. 3. Numerous occasions where a treadmill do not work, most recently four treadmills didn't work 4. Numerous cats wandering around the facility to the point where it becomes uncomfortable.
A	Adrian Clarke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reasons for 1 star. 1) The Filipino security staff were incredibly rude. 2) The welcome visitors centre were rude. 3) Having a home delivery and then having to drive/Walk to the outside and collect it was a regular poor experience. Let them in. 4) Everyday I had to show my car sticker and then still have my car searched for security. Trust me, I am not that important.!! 5) The room - 2 hobs and a microwave - NO OVEN - so how do I bake? 6) Ground floor room - little natural light. 7) General noise as people walking back at all hours talking as if they were the only people that mattered. 8) Shops inside the compound - over priced. 9) Secret passage back from Danube awkward. Buy lots of shopping and be unable to wheel the trolley back to the apartment. or drive to the 5 spaces for parking (empty if you were lucky) and fill your car. Walk with goods to car. Alternatively drive out the gate and go to the supermarket. See points above to see why this is not a good option. 10) Don't try and bring anyone in unless you have given at least 24hrs notice - is this your home or a prison camp
S	Suhayb Al-Dasoqi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was planning to send my daughter to the kindergarten there and i faced the worst experience in my life with this institute. In summary, it took me more than 6 months to get my money back, and they even deduct 1000 k for nothing and without any legal justification. If you want to know more, feel free to contact me, but in summary think for million times before paying them a penny. One of their funniest stall stories; your payment, which is less than SR 10,000 is pending the approval of the chairman of the board of directors. The compound is amazing and i used to go there a-lot as my coworkers used to live there but it is a big shame to have such institute inside this compound.
