★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here. Very expensive now, no maintenance, obsolete appliances for which spares cannot be found. Maintenance not covered in the rent. Too noisy.... children always creating havoc -day & night, don't consider moving here if you plan to work from home or have small babies (they cannot sleep). No sound insulation. Gym charges extra, swimming pool not maintained properly. Many Lights in common areas do not work, no replacement. Elevators & cctv systems also not maintained properly
