A	Ahamed Hisham on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people in this hotel are liars! They have no value for customer service. Do not believe the other reviews as they are fake and created by the hotel itself to boost their ratings. You can check it's validity for yourself. This is absolutely one of the most terrible hotel in existence. I'd give it zero if I could. Their ad shows "free parking" but that does not mean you will get one. They have parking spots in the basement but it can only accommodate very few. When asked where to park our car, they said "find wherever you can or you can get out" Absolutely rude reception and it is not just one staff. It's almost all of them. They do not care about you at all and they do not accommodate any requests. I had called in two weeks before my stay and requested for a room on the ground floor and they said they will provide one. When I reached here, I was given the 12th floor. They are liars, cheaters and does not care about customer service. Never stay here!
R	Razwan Iqbal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely not a 5 star hotel, Walkerd into the room and saw cockroaches so had the room changed. The new room the shower cabin was broken. Breakfast buffet is a a joke. The house cleaning is non existent, we constantly had to ask for rooms to be cleaned and ask for towels for the rooms. The bus service to Mosque was good and ran 24 hours a day.

I reserved room with car parking but when reached hotel I was told no parking place for me. So It's no commitment at all. The bus service for Haram is not very frequent. You have to wait 45 minutes and most of the time It's not sufficient for all waiting passengers. Almost half or more are left behind especially the ladies, children and elderly. The bus service is only for Egyptians and Turkish people it seems who are very unruly and can get into by pushing anyone aside.

Need to improve on breakfast selection to include kids and point passed to management and they said they will accommodate. Will definitely stay here again.

Poor wifi connection inside rooms. Often cleaners will make lame excuses to clean rooms and toilets despite good tip given.
A	Abdul Mutee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a clean hotel. The shuttle service is very regular. We checked in had two rooms. Despite asking for 2 rooms were given rooms separate on different floors. We were 6 people and given just 2 room keys. We asked for more room keys. Staff member remarked this is a poor man's hotel!!! How strange? Why describe yourself as a 5 star hotel then?We complained and next day issue resolved. It is some distance away from Haram shuttle service is a must. The rooms were clean. Kettle and fridge in every room. I did not get the feeling or experience that this was a 5 star hotel. You have to beg ask daily for complimentary water and tea bags!!! They did not care about this. Staff must have been ordered to ignore request sometimes. I dont know. I ended up buying my own water and tea bags.They should provide these items without asking as described on the website.Stayed at many hotels around the world but never had this problem ever. Room ceiling looked like needs painting again. Reasonably priced hotel. Does the job dont expect too much.

In two bed room they've inserted 3 beds and in 3 bed room they've squeezed 4 beds making vulnerabilities for residence to adjust easily and accommodate luggage easily. Food is not the best of quality. I will recommend to find a restaurant near Masjid e Haram for meals then come to hotel. I don't think it is 5 star, it should be 4 star hotel according to Room size, services, etc. Shower cabin is too small. One has to be very flexible to foam the whole body otherwise you can't. Just shampoo your hair and come out. They don't provide you any toiletries or amenities except soap, towel and toilet roll. That's it. Literally thats it. No tea, coffee material in the room but electric cattle is there to make you think to buy that stuff yourself. If you're moving towards Kaba then it's 1.6 KM walk downhill (pretty easy for people under 50 years of age with normal health) but it's nightmare if you want to get back to hotel by walking. Its horrible steep cliff you've to climb considering aftet all the energy had already been utilized in Masjid e Haram i.e., tawaf, Sai, ablution, here to there etc. Only go for hotels on this road if they provide you free transportation back and forth otherwise not recommended for ladies, families, children. I can't be bothered to take pictures. People have already posted them under photos section.
