★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst hotel of all times. Bad smell, dirty toilets, No room service, poor quality food, untidy rooms, uneducated staff at reception. I would recommend not to go for this hotel even if its free of cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible hotel, horrible staff, horrible food. Located on a hill which is very tiring when returning from the Haram walking (~ 15-20 min walk to Haram). Room service doesn't exist. Elevators slow. No AC in certain parts of hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ affordable place close to haram but due to slopes there it is possible to go walking to haram but u cannot comeback from there. The room was okay and clean. Grocery available nearby.
