★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor experience, no room service, no basic eminities provided like towel, hot water kettle nothing. Driver who drops to haram also very rude, no etiquette.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are spacieous relative to other same ranging hotels, but cleaniness is lacking so much, bed sheets, pillows etc... Rooms are smelly, one of them was way too smelly my mother had to throw up!
The lobby is hot, AC is off or way too weak..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor services, been there for 3 days and no one came to clean the room. Asked for towels and reply that they don't supply towels or any thing in the room. Very weak WiFi, too many tiny services that are provided. Don't recommend it.

But the rooms aren't good. They are cramped. 5 beds in 1 room or 4 in 1 room. Some thing is broken but it's okay. Better than alot of other places.

Shuttle bus was available 24 H, though the driver will wait at least 15=20 minutes till the bus become full (though he can go to the hotel & come back in only 5 minutes).. Negative: Room was not clean No towels, no kettle, nothing at all in the room. There were flies in the room & tiny insects in the bathroom..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is always good but last week its service was not good. Washroom was not cleaned well and people for room services were not responding. Also they gave increase their number of buses. Going to haram is easy but we always find difficulties in returning from haram. Overall hotel is good as compare to the price I.e 94 sar per night.

Shuttle bus not available around hour.
Only one bus is available with no definite fixed times .
Room service is very bad . No clean towels, bed sheets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a bad hotel to stay. But there is no wifi in 6 th floor where we stayed. shower was not working. AC remote was not working. Any how we did not bother about all these as our concentration was full on umrah and masjid al haram.
