★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is understaffed. Staff needs more training on how to handle guests. The staff didn't have a clue on which room was vacant. WiFi isn't available in my room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience I have ever had. Rude receptionist/ staff. I asked them 4 times to clean the room and to change the bedspreads in a week but there is no response.

Front desk is total chaos and simple check-in could be a long painful experience. The first room they gave us wasn't cleaned after last guest and it was too small for 2 small beds. To change the room to a clean one it took an hour. They don't know which rooms is vacant and if it is clean or not. To change our room house keeping took master key and kept checking different rooms to find a suitable one and what makes it hilarious that he sometimes find guests sleeping after opening a room. WiFi is not working too

it is clean and the people whom i have visited in this building have come for haj ۔They were totly satisfied by all sevices of the hotel۔

There was no towel and I asked for one for three times before getting it the day after.
The rooms are close together making it very noisy.
The Housekeeping entered the room while I was gone and went through my stuff on the first day and took some of my food.The hotel supervisor tried to reassure me that this was by mistake as they thought the room was empty and was trying to clean it. He was very polite and reassuring. However on my last day of stay, one of the Housekeeping opened the door which I was locking alhamdullilah so he couldn't open it fully.
He then started yelling and telling me to leave as it was time for the checkout which wasn't as it was by noon.
Worst stay ever.
They made me feel unsafe on the safest place on Earth.
I would definitely not go back there.
