★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hotel.
Bus arrangement every half an hour.
We can visit haram frequently.small small issue in hotel,but in busy schedule they not bothered about that.In saudi lot of hotel lift always busy,but here so many lifts available in all three towers.Lifts always available and it's saves our time also.restuarant available in M floor.low cost and big place for food court.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm from Mumbai.. i came mecca for purposes of umrah on 20-jan-20 and stay in this hotel tower c room no-106.. they stay was very bad. No room service at all. No bedsheet change. We were staying here like animals. I personally asked the room service boy to change our bedsheet he told me that tomorrow he'll change. Infront of me he changed others room bedsheet. I felt like slap on my face. Very bad experience. I suggest not to stay here.. in same money you can stay a better hotel in mecca. There are so many hotel in mecca. So don't think to stay here..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel best place in budget. Big Open space near reception, masjid and drinking water, toilet, cafeteria. Spacious room, clean and hygienic place to live. Free Bus service to and from Masjid Al Haram every 15 to 20 mints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel, ground lobby is spacious with lot of sofa arrangement to relax here, but wifi is poor during rush time, shuttle service to and from haram is OK, they drop behind clock tower in bus parking. Hotel rooms are reasonable, but no room service at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A little far from Haram but shuttle bus available 24 hrs, and The room was neat & clean, also the bedsheets and towels. The bathroom was decent in size and clean. Receptionist was responsive and house keeping too.”
I recommended it for you to book the Hotel & enjoy the services ..... !!!
It's much affordable price aswell.
Book in advance and also you can pay on arrival, cash and visa both accepted ..... !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far so good. Shuttle service is best Part. Rooms were clean. But washrooms were not upto the mark. They don't even give toilet papers, soap, towel.
Other than that there is a barber shop, restaurant, bakery shop, etc were on site.
