The rooms are okay just for a day stay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed for a weak and i don’t advise staying even one day ( my experience listed below )
1 Bad service i had to search for 1 hour to find where they put my luggage
2 they had a restaurant but I couldn’t eat why because i was SAUDIA
3 the rooms have no space at all 2 people cant walk beside each other
4 i had to take taxi or get on other hotels bus’s to go to the haram
5 wifi ? worry not doesn’t even work .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here for 8 days from 26/03/22 to 02/04/22.
Below are listed my experiences.
1. So called haram shuttle dropping at KUDAI PARKING. All other hotel shuttles drops at kudi bus station close to haram.
This experience on @ April 02, 2:00 AM, blue color bus.
Now i have to take bus from kudai to haram which cost 20 SAR.
Instead I should i taken taxi from hotel to haram which is close location.
Imagine family left for haram and shuttle dropped at kudai parking during mid night.
2. From haram to hotel shuttle is like, goats in a truck. Forget seat, Not even a space for to stand comfortably.
Fully overloaded.
3. Receptionist doesn't even understand basic english. A big no if doesn't know Arabic.
4. I stayed at room 405 & 406. For 8 days stay, hotel didn't provide me access card for 405 ( because in security system room 405 is assign to some different number, which receptionist does not know) I asked initially for access card, thn i left hope. At every entry i need to go to receptionist, he thn ask cleaning boy to open the door with master card.
5. On check-in, i asked for parking, they said we don't have parking, staff ask me park next to hotel, and it next day traffic police taken my car. And again if you go for complaint, staff come up with unprofessional behavior and answers.
6. Hotel has approx 280 rooms with 3 persons of cleaning staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be honest, its just ok hotel. Reception staff is not supportive, only good thing about this hotel is price, it economical and rooms are a bit clean. Distance from hotel is not walkable due to the height of the road specially when you coming back from Haram. They have busses to haram but not regular. Our experience was not good because AC was not working and they took around 2 hours to change the room. Not recommended due to reception staff attitude.

I booked 3 nights throug booking.com, but when I arrived at the property, I was shocked they sold the room and cancelled my reservatio. The same thing happened with other gusts who booked through booking.
They never answer the phone calls.
The worest property I ever dealt with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t be fooled by the pictures or other paid reviews. This is one of the worst hotel you can book for your stay for Hajj or Umrah trip, that is, if your stay lasts few days. For a single day quick cheap stay, you can get by. All the amenities listed either on their websites or through the booking portals are either fake or doesn’t exists. When we checked in, our room had no bath towels(yes, couldn’t believe myself), no toiletries and most importantly the dirtiest bed sheets. There were no hangers, no water, no soap and no hot water. If you have to go ask for help at the reception, none of the folks knew English. The hotel Wi-Fi didn’t work and no one even cared to fix it after several complaints. Their reason for not providing bath towels were the hotel is full and the laundry guy was on leave. Since the hotel is a bit far from Haram, there were no shuttle service. If you ask the hotel staff, they will say something in Arabic and point you in diffident directions. So stay away as much as you can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked on booking, they send you a welcome message one day before and when you arrive you find out your room is not available and they take the same amount of money and send you to a much cheaper hotel with no Wi-Fi, not clean, mold in bathroom dirty sheets and towels broken furniture in corridors, no water boiler and 30 years old air condition.
This is not the first time they do that and I am not the only one.
If you are going to book there make sure you pay in advance and if a problem happens call tourism authorities.
