Location is very convenient to reach & no rush, may be because many people still are not aware of this setup.

To get the Iqama, please visit with all necessary documents like Passport of Family members, Clearly filled application form, photograph and also please pay the iqama issuance fee and dependent fee (to be paid individually using border number through MOI payments in your bank). If documents are clear they handover the Iqama immediately.
