It might be that after a long day at work with the bad attitude of some of the visitors a negative environment overlaps the positive one in the evening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anybody who need to renew his family visit visa go to "visit affirs division" its a small office outside the main building , no need appointment, take your message request form only, this form can be Downloaded from your sent items in abser after you send message with all attachments.
Or you can just take only the screenshot of the dependants list page where it has all details like border number visa number etc.
