Location wise, not so accessible but services and staff were excellent. Went as a walk-in and only took me 30 min to process.

It was inconvenient bcoz the elevator is not working goin to 3rd floor for renew a passport.. The building seems old.. But it's friendly assist by the staff makes me at ease and tanx for the big help we never I ask?????????

Very unprofessional service and rude treatment. The worst IT infrastructure ever. It’s takes for ever to activate your new account. Activation email. Management never reads or responds to reviews and comments in google.

We had our application from the previous location. Then, they transferred here. First going here is a bit confusing. We tried to google it but it appears that it is VFS Indian branch. So, clearly it is not properly labelled yet with VFS Phillipine passport. How did we know the exact address? We rely on the link given by the Philippine embassy and Pink Tarha on their facebook page.Our driver needs to ask from the locals their to give direction. The way going there also has u-turn and turns which is confusing. Secondly, upon arriving, it was disappointing. The location looks like very old building with faded paint and dirt on the wall. Outside, there are people attaching a tarpaulin saying VFS Philippine passport. Honestly, the location was not easy to see because the nearby stalls are empty and vacated. When we entered, there is no direction. Only co-Filipinos (Kabayan) directed us. When you use elevator, press 2. The elevator is old and somewhat broken because the up button does not have cover and it can go up only. When you are from 2nd floor, you cannot press the down button. So, you don't have the choice but to use stairs. The center of stairs is also very high and scary. You have to go all the way 4 floors and the stairs is very steep. Upon reaching the 2nd floor, it became more disappointing. You would see a very long line of people waiting to get in. We arrived at exactly 1300hr (1pm) and the guard does not let people in yet. We approached the guard and we were asked about our appointment. Since we made our appointment via VFS Helpline, they verified in their manifest. They will not show that they have the manifest unless you tell them that you did your appointment via Helpline. You need to show them your passport to check. Good thing, the guard let us in even our appointment is still 1400hr (2pm). Since it is the 2nd day of the implementation of Tawakkalna and the whole day had a system maintenance, the guard will provide small paper that contains the disclaimer regarding Tawakkalna and your basic details will be needed. Upon entering, we were asked for photocopy of our passport. I complained why they only declare in website and via helpline that the only needed documents are old passport and original receipt. I think this is only a strategy for you to copy it there because it is SR 2 per copy. It is lesser than the SR 5 from the previous location. The staff who catered our copy was the staff who catered us in the previous location. The staffs are very courteous. Once we had our copy, we entered the other side and we were immediately given number for queueing. We were given directions to go inside. But, honestly, they lack signs which made us wait on a wrong waiting area. The release is way inside a room. When we went to the right room, surprisingly, we were first. We were accommodated immediately. You just have to give the old passport, copy of the passport, original receipt, small papers given on the entrance and your number. Then, upon verifying your documents, they will give you now your new passport. You will be asked to verify if it is correct and that is the time they will punch you old passport and stamp your original receipt. Both old passport and original receipt will be returned. Total time stayed (even we had wait in the waiting area) is 15 minutes. Considering also that it was 1pm (after lunch time). When we went out from the center, there is a very long queue of people waiting for their turn outside. They also maintained social distancing and universal masking. Overall, the new location is very disappointing. I felt racial discriminated by VFS knowing that their location was very poor. I just gave 3 because of the courtesy and hospitality of the staff. You just need to prepare yourself to be disappointed on the new location.

Passport online appointment and form filling only is available in this center after taking the appointment we have to submit our application in Umm Al Hammam branch

Until now its 53days since i renew my passport i didn't received yet they said its only 45 working days i choose this vfs to think it will make my passport quickly but so sad too much time to wait i pay the right amount so please make ur service good???

It was very unprofessional. Appointments aren’t important. They will not prioritize appointments. First come first serve basis. No prior notice if there’s a system down happened and they will hold and cancel your appointment within that day. Many staffs but not enough computers/biometrics (as what the supervisor said) to accommodate 50 or more applicants per day. The location was very hustle for the applicants. It was very far and you need to use the stairs to go up to the 3rd floor. Elevator was not functioning.

FAST and EASY. No need Appointment just Walk-In. just bring your old passport. Fill-up the form. Prepare 375.50sr (renewal,photocopy) proceed for Biometrics. Picture Taking and Double Check your Data. Voila It’s done.
