One of the worst place to be.... Shame to call it as a passport office.... Too much rush and no improvements to manage it.... Token system is not displayed anywhere..... No vending machines.... No water dispenser.... No chair to sit infront of the officer... The indian officers think and behave like we came to kidnap them... Pls grow up vfs A tottal messed up place to be

All in all, a place you have to visit-no other option. A typical Indian office, huge queues, arragonat staff, long waiting time and an unpleasant experience. Pros: surprisingly there are locals (Saudis) working there and very helping and presice with the information. Cons: there is no sense of time with the officers. If you miss the Indian government office experience, this is the place to get it. Experience: I went there to get a passport for a new born. Requires two steps (1) documents verification (2) passport application, by the way— you might not get an appointment online, and they will insisit until you show that you are not able to book Documents verification required a list of documents submitted to the verification officer who would verify and, this was the worst part in the experience for me. Timing for verification is 9:00 am to 12:00 (I guess), safe side they ask to come at 8:30 as tokens is issued around that time. I reached there at 8:00 my token number was 02, and the waiting began. I knew I was supposed to wait until 9:00. By 9:00 the waiting area was almost full and verification officer was no where to be seen.. He arrived at 11:00 (around) and started calling out token number. Simple reject most of the application that you can, while the same were already checked by other person while issuing token below. Mine got rejected for signature not matching. Got a new application, signed again and went back. By this time no one is following token numbers, anyone and everyone is at his desk answering questions like why are you sending such a small baby to India, why do you want to divorce, why doesn't you passport have spouse name. Thankful mine got verified and I was in queue now for passport application process: Huge waiting again and somehow it was over. Then came the part of collecting the passport, we again reached there at 3pm. As timing for collection is 3-5, again we were given token-everyone waiting for someone to start the process. The process started at 4:15 or so.. Then they started searching passport and I got mine around 5:30 not sure when others got, there were about 100 ppl waiting after me. This is as of May 2022, hoping things get better.

When we go to the vfs office, most of the counters are empty. But the online appointment shows it's full for a month. Forcing people to take tatkal for a huge fee. Plus the indian receptionist lady who delivers passport behaves as if she is doing some free service out of her good natured will. They are receiving payment and are doing their service. But the attitude is very poor.

Very good and systematic process. If you want tatkaal passport you will get it in same day. If you want normal passport within 10 days it will be delivered to you by courier. Staff is helpful. You have facility to take photos over there. Appointment is must.they will help to fill the online form as well

Service level need to improve asap & even we are paying sms service will not get updates.

Clients parking as more than 500 metres away, while employees get the parking in premises... Who is paying their salaries? The clients of course. I see it as total disregard for the clients especially a lot of of them are families with children and elderly people... On top of that, the parking is not free.

I book appointment to renew my passport but it was so hectic. The location on google map is totally different from actual location as well as when i reached Dove plaza its not inside VFS is in back Side. I had appointment at 10am but get turn by 11am. I fill my application form online just local address was not filled. To fill that they charged 40 SAR, its way too much to add an address and print page. After I got Token and my turn came in 30 mins. The Reception staff way too rude specially Security Guy with the Passport holders, the way the speak and shout on others. Thanks for the Great Courier service. This is good for renewing passport in emergency.

I went there to add the spouse name in passport. Firstly you have to take the appointment from VFS site. And reach there by time. At the entrance you have to show the appointment. If you have not filled your application yourself, you can proceed to the counter where they fill up the application on behalf of you and take pictures as well if you don't have. But it's better to bring the photostat copies of your iqama, marriage certificate and application form with you to avoid the long queue there as it takes 15 to 20 minutes per person to fill the form. You can get the photocopy of your documents outside as well. You can find shops there. Next you have to go to main door counter. They will check all the necessary documents required and if anything is missing they will let you know. Those people were very polite and make you understand easily. After that they will give you a token and ask you to go upstairs. There is a good seating arrangement and you can wait for your turn as they call by token numbers. During your turn they will check the passport review the documents and have to pay the fee and they will let you know when you will receive your new passport. Within 7 days I received my passport and validity of my passport was also increased.
