 Their work is excellent, their arrangement is excellent, their conscience and their coordination externally comfortable and not generous, especially the employee Samir Rabbi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ حالياً حطيت ثلاث نجوم ومن اكمل الرحله بخير وسلامه أن شاء الله بشكل المطلوب بكمل التقييم لخمس نجوم او اكمل تقييمي ع حسب المجريات اللي تصير واتمنى تكون للافضل.
تقييمي للمكتب وتعامله جدا ممتاز واحترافي وسريع واخص بالذكر الاستاذ (محمد سعدون) متعاون معي وساعدني كثير من بديت الحجز للبرنامج السياحي من فنادق وطيران وجولات وفيز. بشكل مبدئي المكتب ممتاز واسعاره منافسه جدا واقل من باقي الشركات المنافسه وانصحكم بالتعامل مع الاستاذ (محمد سعدون)
ومن هناء الى نهايه الرحله راح اكمل تقييمي وافيدكم بتعاملهم معي اثناء الرحله الى نهايتها. والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم
Currently I have finished three stars and completed the journey fine and peace, God willing, as required by the completion of the evaluation of five stars or complete my assessment of the progress of what you become and wish you to be the best.
My evaluation of the office and its treatment is very excellent, professional and fast, especially the professor (Mohammad Saadoun) a collaborator with me and helped me many of the Bidet booking for the tourist program of hotels, flights and tours of Wiz. Initially the office is excellent and its prices very competitive and less than the rest of the competitors and I advise you to deal with the professor (Mohamed Saadoun)
And from the end to the end of the trip I have completed my assessment and I advise you to deal with me during the journey to its end. Peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مره فيهم نصب .. كنت حابه استمتع برحلتي ويكون كل شي منظم ، لي يومين اتواصل معهم بخصوص الجواز و تأشيره عشان وقت تسليم يالان مافي اي رد .. المشكله الجواز لم استلمه و ماقدرت الان اسافر لانه الجواز لم يرجع لي راح اخسر فلوس تذاكر واحتمال اخسر فلوس بكج .. مره طريقتهم سيئه ولا توقعتها يحصلي كذا ، اهم في الموضوع جوازي .. حسبي الله عليهم من شركه
Once, they were scammed.. I wanted to enjoy my trip and everything would be in order. I have two days to contact them about the passport and visa because the time of delivery, now there is no response.. The problem is the passport, I did not receive it and I was unable to travel now because the passport did not return to me. I will lose tickets money and the possibility of losing Money for a package..once their way is bad and I did not expect it to happen like this, the most important thing in the matter is my passport..God suffices me for them from a company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ التواصل دون المستوى المتعارف عليه .. الرسوم برأيي انها عاليه ولم تكن واضحة لي ابدا مثل رسوم تعبئة اوراق الفيزا ب ١٠٠٠ ريال كنت اضن انها رسوم الفيزا او على الاقل هذا الايحاء الي قدمه لي الموظف .. تعاملهم لم يعجبني فقررت الغاء طلبي فتم خصم ٢٥٪ من قيمة السفره ? ، احسها نسبه عاليه.. وفوق هذا قيمة الطيران قالولي انت تواصل مع الخطوط واستردها مع ان الحجز عن طريقهم.
لن اعيد التجربه ولا اعتقد ابدا اني افكر مستقبلا اتعامل معهم
Communication is below the standard level .. The fees, in my opinion, are high and were not clear to me at all, such as the fees for filling out visa papers for 1,000 riyals. From the value of the trip ?, I feel it is a high percentage.. and above this the value of the flight. They told me that you contact the lines and get it back even though the reservation is through them.
I won't try it again and I don't think I'll ever think of doing business with them
