Make sure you have all the requirements. Including national address. As the new passport will be sent by mail. Post office payment by Mada card or credit card.
I used Google maps to get there, both for my driving ? and walking ?♂️instructions. I parked outside the Digital district gate and walked. The same hole that was there two years ago in the sidewalk on the north side of the parking structure is still there, so watch out. If you want to walk in the shade, I advise walking on the west side of the parking structure. Unfortunately you will need to walk on the street also as the sidewalk on that side also has a hole, then continue walking on the south side, then turn north or left, the passport office will be on the left. It is a few extra steps but it is worth walking in the shade.
